We noticed that our GE GTW460 washer doesn't seem to spin after the Delicates cycle. We also tried Drain and Spin. The washer goes through a drain cycle but never spins.

I put the washer into diagnostic mode and put it in the spin test. The washer went through a 4 minute spin cycle. I also tried a Light cycle, and the washer went through the spin cycle at the end.

Error codes present 16, 18, and 4.

It looks like I need to check the drain, but is there anything else I should look for?
