The only model number i could find on the inside is W10806896 A

I having been having an issue with my ice maker. When i tried to get ice out of the front door the other day it wouldnt work. Nothing came out and sounded like the motor was working hard. I have been taking the ice tray out trying to figure out what is going on. I noticed that there is an ice build up on the rear metal auger and around the metal circle in the back. This is preventing the metal auger from spinning and despensing ice. Once i clear the ice off it works fine for a couple of days and then the ice is back. I even found some ice at the bottom of the ice make when i remove the tray.

So it seems that water is leaking and then freezin up here to cause the issue.

My question is what part do i need to replace to fix this issue? The whole ice maker or is there a fitting to replace?

Any help would be much appreciated.
