Whirlpool fridge leaking, front left bottom, only when dispensing water?

I have searched and searched and can't find anyone having this problem. So very strange. If i'm using the water dispenser, it will leak, front bottom left of the fridge. It literally seems like it's coming from were the wheel is attached, like right there in the corner. Please help! This is driving me nuts!

Ice cube dispenser is on constantly and dispensing cube constantly. The inner freezer switch is working, I disconnected it to stop the dispenser. What should I look for.
