I have a W10190978 icemaker installed in a whirlpool MBL2258xes4 that stopped making ice. I purchased a new icemaker and it also didn't work. I checked the wires and harness on the actual icemaker and the fuse is not blown and continuity is present between the connections. I measured the voltage at the rear wire harness in the fridge and the voltage is 10-13v ac depending on if I depress the door light switch across the line if I use the ground or the common wire. It increases by about 2 volts if the freezer door switch is depressed.

I can't find where the wires are after removing the back panel and suspect the wiring is running through the insulated part of the fridge. There is no wire that matches the power wire color on the back side of the installed wire harness in the freezer running to the main board in the fridge or the back panel behind the fridge.

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?
