From underneath the unit I can manually spin the agitator using belts so that it moves in a counter-clockwise direction (viewed from top). But I cannot turn the pulley assembly by hand or with the belts. The belts are fine and I can smell them burning during the spin cycle (I presume because they are rubbing against the pulley assembly which isn't turning). Tub also does not spin but it (mostly) drains. Is this a transmission problem or something stuck with the agitator? Appreciate any help! Edited by user Monday, March 21, 2022 4:37:51 PM(UTC)
