have a sumsung RS 261MDRS side by side refrigerator. I have heard fan noise from hitting ice buildup on the evap coil and noticed ice buildup on the bottom of the freezer compartment and sometimes water pooling beneath the refrigerator. I need assistance on how to troubleshoot thermostat, heater and sensors please. I do have the video on how to access the defroster heater. thanx
