please help kitchen aid fridge noise

we have a kitchen aid fridge model KitchenAid KRFF305ESS 2.5 years old . its making weird noises. one day the fridge alarm went off the fridge and freezer were running hot. I unplugged it cleaned underneath the fridge and removed the back plate and cleaned the back area of the fridge. its started to work but now it makes weird noises i got a short clip. if anyone knows what it could be please let me know.

heres a link to the noise, it usually goes on for about 15 seconds i caught the end of it.

im guessing its the air dampener control, seems odd it would fail so quickly. does anyone know about this type of issue?
