I have a Kenmore Coldspot side by side fridge/freezer. Model #106.58953800. When the compressor kicks on the freezer freezes and the fridge gets cold like it should. But when everything reaches the right temperature and the compressor shuts off it won't come back on on its own? I have too unplug and replug back in to start it back up, or just adjust temp control until the compressor kicks backs on. This problem happens several times a day. What could be going wrong?

Just wanted to add that the freezer actually starts to unthaw my food and the refrigerator actually starts to cool down.
