Hello, I have a Maytag PSD264LGRQ refrigerator from 2003 (4.8oz of R134a) that is not freezing the ice cubes (they thaw to water). The refrigerator side seems to work fine. The compressor is continuously running though. The start-relay & run capacitor seems to be working. Is this a sign that it needs to be recharged (using R134a refrigerant)?
