Had this start a few days ago. Came down to the basement and found water around the washer. Only happened after washing in the "super" size loads. Had to bypass the safety lid to find it. After watching several loads, trying to figure out where the water was coming from, I found it. Turns out the back and forth agitator is not engaging. Its only turning in one direction causing the entire load to start slowly spinning. With the centrifugal force, the water is overflowing the tank and leaking out the bottom. I am not sure if this is something in the transmission or what. Any help in direction would be appreciated.
