My Frigidaire Oven model FPMC2785KFA does not hold the temperature in bake mode. It seems to reach the set temperature but then fails to maintain it. Sometimes if I cancel it out and reset it it will go back to the set temperature. However when I use it in convection mode it seems to work just fine. At least it cooks the food as expected. It seems to hold the temperature in convection mode.
