We just purchased this washer used, and so far I have noticed that when I try to run the Affresh Cleaning Cycle, it starts filling with water, but almost immediately it starts draining it too. The rest of the cycle runs with no water at all, and it never tries to fill up again.

I have also noticed that the heavy duty cycle has very little water. I watched it put a tiny bit of water in, but the cloths soaked it up and there is no visible water in the drum. Seems like there should be some water sloshing around. It started to fill again, but stopped immediately. I'm a bit frustrated because I cannot find anyone talking about these topics or issues online to lead me to a solution to try. Please help if you can!
