Frigidaire Gallery top gas oven quit working about a year ago but the broiler still works. The bottom oven quit working yesterday. When I turn either oven on the panel stays on 100 degrees but nothing happens. I removed the bottom plate and there is nothing. All 4 stovetop burners work fine .

If you don't see any glowing its probably a burnt out ignitor.

I need a model number so we can see what kind of parts are inside.

On this diagram its part 26.

Parts for Frigidaire FGGF304DLF3: Burner Parts - AppliancePartsPros.com

Ignitor, bake.

Frigidaire 316489406 Ignitor - AppliancePartsPros.com

When you turn the oven on, it should be glowing bright orangish yellow. If not its probably burnt out. Its best to test for voltage just to make sure it's the ignitor.

Thank you so much. Is the part the same for the upper and lower oven?

According to the parts diagram they are the same bake igniter.
