Dryer was heating when it wanted. I replaced heating element, thermostat, thermal fuse, and hi-temp cut out. Now no heat at all and noticed dryer will not spin on NO HEAT cycle. Any ideas on what I need to look into?

I would guess its the timer. Most of the problems you described can be caused by a timer with burnt contacts inside.

If you can find the wiring diagram, you can check it with a multi-meter.
