I know this an old thread, but was wondering if anyone can lead me in the right direction. I have a Kenmore Elite 795.78763.800 refrigerator. It has worked flawlessly up until about 2 weeks ago. One day we noticed a small pool of water under it. Also, we noticed a little before the day of the pooling that the fan (that circulates the cold air inside the unit was running constantly. I unplugged the for about 20 minutes and restarted it, and that seemed to work. After this procedure, I noticed that it was not running constantly. However, just 2 days ago, we had a power outage while we were away during the day. This afternoon we again found water pooled under the unit. Also, in opening the freezer section, I noticed ice that had pooled on the floor of the freezer compartment. water seemed to have entered the compartment from the back wall where the cold air blows into this compartment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
