Hi All,

Freezer 8/10 on how cold it should be. Fridge is 5/10. Please watch the video I posted on YouTube on all the symptoms I have looked for to diagnose and what I have done so far to try to troubleshoot the problem.

Question: The line that goes from the compressor into the freezer when the compressor is running should it be room temperature, cool to the touch or should it be extremely cold?

I noticed that when the compressor first kicked on the copper line started to freeze up a bit then evaporated right in-front of my eyes; is this normal?
