Oven Electronic control board AP5653775 broke a connector pins micro-welding while I was connecting the switch membrane flex and pushing too hard. I wonder if it can be repaired?.

Probably yes though I cannot really see what is bad.

You will need a magnifying glass.
I use one that mounts to a table and has a built in light.
Also a soldering iron that has a very small tip and low heat.
You have to have a lot of experience soldering since overheating and ruining a board is very very easy with micro circuits.

If you take it to someplace local then make sure that they have experience with these types of repairs.
