Searching around the internet this seems to be a common problem with Whirlpool etc ovens and people say to replace the thermal fuse, however when I look in the back I don't see anything that looks like a thermal fuse. How can I fix this?

The limit switch (item 6 in section 01) may be on the top of the oven. Though it does not really matter as it just kills power to the elements. The control board should still work. Does the oven light work. If not you may have lost Neutral. Try turning the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. If it is OK then odds are that the control board is toast though I would check for a bad wire/connection before replacing it.

You will have to check the voltage for 120 volts between L1 and Neutral with a meter
