Oven will not bake, when turned on, it reads LO during the preheat stage.

LO indicates the oven is turned on. Next we meed to make sure the spark module is causing the oven igniter to spark. Look for a spark on the bake burner igniter. If it is there, then we need to test the gas valve. Check between each solenoid for 216Ω resistance. If it test bad, you will need to replace the gas valve on the unit.
