Double oven-lower oven fan no longer works after cleaning top oven

After using the self-clean on the top oven in our electric double wall ovens the lower oven fan no longer works. Oven comes on but no fan at all. Top oven still works. I used the regular clean, not the steam clean.

There is a kit made for this unit. It has a new blower motor and control board. You will need to replace all parts in the kit.
