We set the oven to 350 and it only gets to approx. 275. The preheat setting is at 350 and indicator panel displays it is at 350. Lower unit seems to work fine and gets to 350 when set.
Broiler element seems to work fine and I have continuity in the bake element. I also show 1075 ohms in the thermostat element.

Here are your parts

Your model number is incomplete so you will have to choose the correct unit from the Matching Model Numbers section.

Sounds like it is a control board problem.

I am assuming that the unit shows that it is ready when the temperature is low.

Below is a link to the operator manuals.
Perhaps try calibrating the oven temperature (page 14).
I doubt this will help as it is normally just for plus/minus 35 degrees.

Denman,
Thanks, I believe you are right. After some research on the control panel part #AP3095480, I found it has been discontinued. I did find an outfit in Texas that rebuilds them. ************************.com. They state that a common problem is that the oven will not get to temperature. It's $150 shipping included with a 2 year warranty.
I checked with Whirlpool and they said it was indeed discontinued. They gave me a Angels Obsolete Parts company to call. I have an email into them to see if they have the part. But apparently it's no money back if it doesn't work.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks for your help!
