Washer fills but does not agitate. Moved to spin and pump comes on and drains tub. I can hear the relay click to start the spin but does not start. Checked the leads at the motor and there is no power to motor. Open panel. Check voltage across lead that goes to common side of motor and to lead the comes from supply and got 115v. I started wash cycle and waited for it to fill and heard relay click. I jumped across the supply (red) and the high (motor is 2 speed) blue lead. the motor started and agitated. When the cycle completed, the pump kicked on and I removed the jumper and let the motor stop and the tub drain. when the relay clicked, I again jumped the red line to the low speed (white) and the motor came on, in reverse direction spinning the tub. When the relay clicked again in about 20 seconds, I moved to the blue, high speed and it spinned at high speed.
So my question is, I have narrowed down that the motor is fine. Most things I have read online point to the control panel being bad. Before I order, I jut want to be sure that there is not something else could have failed and be causing the same result.
Thanks, John.

Check operation of the lid switch first. If ok, then looks like a faulty control board. If you replace the board, be sure to transfer the model select plug from the old board to the new one. It is a plug with one or two jumper wires on it.
