Please help with instructions on how to replace door. I don't see any videos or step by step directions. There is not a screw at the top of the door - but a pin. I ordered my door from you.. and received it a few days ago. Please respond. I can't find any responses to this issue. I see the question posted a lot but no answers.

thank u

I was able to successfully replace my Whirlpool microwave door!! Have to give myself a pat on the back. I did get some assistance from my sister.. 2 heads ARE better than one. The trick to removing & replacing the door lies in the hinge pin located at the top of the door hinge. There is a "spring clip" inside the door itself. You WILL NOT be able to simply replace the pin and push down.. I tried this several times.. even tried to hammer it down. NOPE... you have to pry open the top edge of the black liner once you pull it back slightly the clip pulls back with it & the pin is released.. then reverse the process put the pin back in again with the black liner pulled away slightly,,put the pin in and push the liner back into place. Voila!! the pin will lock into place and remain flush with hinge... it will not pop off when the door opens or closes. I was determined not to give up. So proud of my DIY efforts.. High Five to my sis who persisted with me until we figured it out!! Hope this will help another DIYfer out there.. Good Luck. Last thing.. I saved myself $175 too!!! That's the best part.. If I can do this.. so can you!!
