The ice dispenser is not dispensing ice. The ice maker motor turns on when the door switch is depressed , but the auger does not rotate. After removing the ice tray, the auger rotates freely and the part that turns the auger rotates but does not provide any resistance to turn the auger. Any suggestions?

The coupling is broken and will need to be replaced. That part, as well as an installation video, is available at the link below!
