The oven will get extremely hot and not shut down, The top burner will go bright red and the lower burner will not go on. It shows an F-10 error.

The oven control is the sole component that tells the bake and broil elements what to do. Since the broil element is staying on and allowing the unit to continue heating until it errors, I suspect that control is faulty. The oven control is accessed by removing the access panel on the back of the range. The correct control for your model is available below.
