Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/16/2013(UTC) Posts: 916		New washing machines don't like little loads or oversized loads you have to find a happy medium that's what the manufactures tell us when we call and complain. Also make sure your unit is perfectly level and is on a good floor, wood subfloors can be very poor and bounce. Also if your unit is an "HE" type unit make sure to use "HE" soap. Good luck
