I have a Kenmore stackable washer that bangs and shakes all over the place during spin cycle with clothes in it. It shakes some what with no clothes but no where near like it does with. I replaced all 4 springs but still does it. when you look at the washer basket it looks like it even sites off balance you can push it back to center but as the wash machine goes it goes back to one side.

Sounds like either the skate plate is out of place or the suspension pads are worn or broken. There are three pads on the top corners of the skate plate and three on the base. The skate plate sits between the base and the tub support.

Not by itself, unless it's completely out of place or the pads are missing or severely worn. Normally, the tub sits on the tub support which sits on the skate plate which sits on the base assembly. The springs hold the tub and tub support to the base. The whole thing moves as a unit during operation. The tub support can move somewhat independently within the skate plate and the skate plate can move around somewhat on the top of the base. The pads allow smooth movement without metal to metal contact of these parts.
