After starting the cycle, the washer fills up with water, but when it comes time for the motor to turn the agitator, it just hums for 5 seconds and shuts off. It will continue to attempt to start every 2 min. It will just hum and then shut off. I've checked the belt, and taken the belt off the motor and the motor turns freely by hand. As well as the agitator assembly also turns freely by hand. However, even with the belt off, the motor still just hums and shuts off after 5 seconds. It will not drain or anything now except for hum every 2 min, trying to start the agitator, and then shut off. Please advise if there are any ideas.

Sounds like a bad motor or something is caught in the blower
