If the water does not shut off when the power is shut off to the machine you will need to replace the inlet valves. However that does not sound like the situation in your case.

Check the following.

1. Clear the tube that goes from the water pressure switch to the tub.

2. If it is clear, the problem may be in the water pressure switch itself. Here is the part.
