The water does not dispense from the refrigerator. Glass is put in and button is pushed. You hear the click from the refrigerator as though the water should come. Water still runs to the ice maker try to make ice.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

Would the dispenser light dim when the water dispenser lever depressed?

If yes, then replace the main control board.

Locate the water inlet valve on the back of the refrigerator. Remove the wires from the water dispenser solenoid (5/16" tube connected to) and measure the voltage between these wires wile someone else depressed the water dispenser lever. The normal reading suppose to be about 120 VAC. Post the results.
