I am having heating issues with this oven.

1. Bake and convection bake: the oven heats very, very slowly. Went from off (room temp) to 260 degrees in about 20 minutes. Usually heats to 350 or 400 in less than 10 minutes.
2. The oven will only heat to 400 degrees in the bake and convection bake mode.
3. Convection roast mode doesn't heat at all.
4. Broiler seems to be working fine.

Where should I start troubleshooting?

We never received a reply, but we tested the bottom element for continuity (with an ohmmeter) and found out it was fried. We replaced it with a part we found on Amazon for about $25 and that got it up and running again.

Fantastic! Thank you for replying.

By any chance, did you use the "self-clean" option on your oven like we did? Seems that is causing a lot of issues in these Jenn-Airs.

Can you get the ohmmeters at any hardware store? Will ask my husband to pick up one on the way home.
