The oven lost power after cleaning upper oven. From other posts got advice to replace thermal fuse. After replacing control panel thermal fuse, power was restored to both ovens and bottom oven will heat but no heat in upper oven. Ideas?

I am assuming that the oven stays in pre-heat and never comes ready.

You may also have blown the thermal fuse (item 37 in the Oven Parts section).

Would also be a good idea once you get it repaired to check the actual oven temperature with an oven thermometer at about 450 degrees. Just to be sure that the temperature is controlling the temperature correctly.
