Our Frigidaire side by side professional gallery series is not cold on the fridge side of the unit but the freezer is cold. Everything is still frozen on that side but the fridge is at about 55 degrees F.

So far we have cleaned the coils underneath the unit but are currently at a loss as to what to do next.

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Is the condenser/compressor fan on?
Is the compressor running? You can usually hear it but should also be able to feel it vibrating.
Does the compressor cycle or is it on all the time (other than when the unit is in a defrost cycle)?

Is the evaporator/freezer fan running?
It should be on whenever the compressor and it's fan are on.
