Refrigerator works, freezer barely cold enough to freeze ice, items on bottom melt. setting is max cold. no odd noises. fan is running. vacuumed out lots of dust from around fan and coil, but does not seem to be a problem. any ideas?

Check the compressor,is it hot and not vibrating, or cold?
