The exterior glass on my oven shattered. I bought a replacement piece but the glass is held in place by 4 pieces of adhesive tape plus a strip of adhesive rubber around the opening. I don't see these 'parts' on the diagram and the local appliance repair shop doesn't have a clue. Where can I get these required pieces?
