Hi!

The washer will not drain. I was able to manually drain the washer in Servie Mode by manually turning on the pump. I performed a quick spin test and the highest value I saw was 59. I opened up the washer and cannot spin the tub with my hand at all. I am not sure what other tests I should perform. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! :)

Your going to have to open top cover. Try to spin the inner tub counterclockwise. If you cannot do this, I would say you have a bad spinnet bearing located at the bottom of washer. Now it comes as one complete unit. It's the unit your bottom pulley connects onto. You have to be able to spin that tub freely counterclockwise. You still may have other issues after that is fixed-like possibly you'll need a new drain pump. Hope this helps.
