 I'm sorry but I don't have the model number with me. I recently replaced both the igniter and gas valve on my Whirlpool oven. The oven will eventually light with a small explosion and when reaches temperature and turns off will not re-light. Help my wife is really upset.

Hi.

Check how is the burner ignites. May be the pilot holes are blocked. Clean them if necessary. The model number will be appreciated.

Simon.
