after flame goes out the igniter will not glow for about 25 minutes and then it will glow and light and flame with flame shutting down after 5-10 again

Hi.

You will have to check for continuity :

the flame sensor, cycling thermostat, hi-limit thermostat.

When the dryer fails unplug it and using the multimeter check those parts for continuity.
