Hi, i need help

After selfclean the oven door stays locked and a f3 code comes on no matter what i select bake,broil or convection bake. I took off the cook top and tested the switches on the lock latch assembly. All of them are working. But for some reason the fan stays on all the time and wont shut off until i unplug the unit.

Can someone give me so suggestions on this problem
