My freezer stays running all the time. I have replaced the defrost thermostat, but that did not help at all. I have tested the inside temperature of the freezer via a thermometer left in freezer for several hours to be at 0 degrees F.

Any suggestions?

Hi.

Remove the evaporator cover and check if the evap. coils has an even frost pattern all the way through. If that looks OK and the fan is running try to replace the cold control
