My GE fridge Gss25jfmd cc will not get cold. The fan and the compressor both run. I tested the ohms on the compressor, start-run 8.2,start- com 5.3 run-com 3.1. I changed the relay and still not cold. Do I change the motherboard or is it the freon? I had the fridge in the garage for a couple months unplugged while I renovated the house . Would that cause a problem? I'm stumped.

Verify the compressor is warm and vibrating, or just warm.

Your fridg probably leaked out refrigerant while in storage. Might be a small leak, or a large evaporator leak due to a bad seal. Current check or gauges would confirm.
