Last night, I set the oven for a clean cycle. The next morning, there were 2 error messages (one F and one E) and unfortunately, I didn't write them down. I hit "end" and the error messages cleared. It looked like the self cleaning cycle completed so I wiped out the oven and left for work. This evening, I set the oven to 350 degrees and noticed after 10 minutes that the oven never heated up. Both burners were completely cool. I switched off the oven at the fuse box, waited 5 minutes, reset the breaker and tried again and it still didn't heat up. Is the control board shot?

Hi.

Most likely the problem is with open shot down thermostat, located at the back wall of the oven. Repair of this problem requires pulling the oven out of the wall. To expose screws, holding the oven to the cabinet, locate one small screw at the bottom of each vertical trim siding. Take the screws out and pull the sidings straight down. In order to fix this problem correctly you will have to replace two parts: the shot down thermostat and the cooling fan assembly.
