control panel, fan, light all works fine. Heating elements in both upper oven and lower oven won't come on.
Probably has something to do with when I turned the breaker off during the self clean cycle and then back on.
Is there a fuse in the oven or did I "fry" a part. Replaced circuit breaker and verified power at panel is ok.

Here are your parts, includes a wiring diagram. Replacement parts for Maytag CWE5800ACE WALLOVEN- S/C ELE | AppliancePartsPros.comHere is a manual for this series of units. http://appliancejunk.com...&id=380;t=1329132053Since both ovens do not work I would suspect a power problem. Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times, sometimes you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker. The elements require the full 240 volts. If this does nothing, check the voltage at the plug L1 to L2 should be 240 volts L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts. If OK Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out If OK Check the power at the terminal strip. Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!! The upper oven does have a hi-limit thermostat/fuse (Item 25 in Section 1) but if the wiring diagram is correct this should not effect the lower oven as it is controlled directly by a mechanical thermostat. |
