Hi folks,

Have a Frigidaire Gas range that works fine except the panel clock won't stay on. If I depress the clock button (to set it) it will light but will go out after maybe 5 seconds. Tried cutting power to the range and 12:00 will flash but won't stay lit.

Anything I can do here besides replacing the clock/timer part? Looks like it's about $140.

Thanks Dan. Now that you've pointed it out I do see that in the manual. Missed it completely at first. That was a nice inexpensive repair! Much appreciated.

Yes that works. Ours has been off since the last time we did the deep clean cycle. We decided to live without it rather than spend money. Today I’m having a sleep problem so playing with my phone and decided to research the problem. Voila, there it was , 1st search and it’s fixed.
Thank you so much.
We’ll see in a few hours if my wife even notices that the clock is on again. I’ll bet that she will. And she will say thanks too.
