New to this forum. I got a GE washer that wont spin or rinse. It fills up with water and washes but when it gets to the rinse and spin nothing. You can hear a humming and feel the washer like a moter is running but thats it. Hoping someone can help me out here.

I would check the belt and how freely the transmission pulley is moving in both directions. The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

Gene.
