Hi. I have a Frigidaire front loading washer (FWT645RHSO) that gets severely out of balance. Both shocks are broken. The springs seem to be OK. Is there something else that I should be looking for to fix the problem before ordering the shocks?

Hi again. Thankds foer replying. I did say that the shocks were broken, but didn't say I knew the bearings were bad. The springs at the top of the drum assembly appear to be fine.

I just received the new shocks from ApplianceParts and will install tomorrow.

Thanks again.
