The keypad on my microwave doesn't work anymore.
There's power to the microwave (Clock still works), but nothing else works on the key pad. (Exhaust, light, nothing).
I'm not sure if I need to replace the whole keypad, or a part within the keypad.

Thanks.

You have to replace the control panel assembly. If you need the correct part number then post the color of the control panel and the rest of the model number.

Gene, thanks for the quick reply.
The control panel is white and the whole model number is MH1150XMQ1.

Thanks,

Gene, thank you very much.
I just ordered the part, and it should be here in a few days.

Gene, got the part a couple of days ago, but now our microwave is working again. I thought I would wait and replace when it goes bad again.

Thanks.
