Is there an adjustment of the motor etc. to get the drive belt on, or do you just carefully stretch it on.

Place the new belt around the motor pulley first, run it around the pump pulley, and gently walk it around the transmission pulley. The motor should pivot enough to allow this to happen without the use of any tools.
