ihave a kenmore oasis top load washer that is flashing an f2 error code. i hav unplugged the machine but every time i plug it back in the code starts again and it beeps every 30 seconds

Clean out the pump and drain hoses. If that does not fix things, post the full model number so we can see what machine you have and see if we can come up with something else.
