Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 8/15/2011(UTC) Posts: 1		We have a side by side fridge that is not staying cold. The coils in the freezer keep freezing over and won't defrost. We have tried the manual defrost cycle as suggested with no success of the heating element heating up. Control board was replaced recently, so we believe it is the thermostat/heater combo. Any suggestions or advice before we order the part???
